Aspire Partnership
Aspire is a culture change programme led by the North East Chamber of Commerce and the CBI North East with funding from various regional bodies. It is working to improve the experience of employers in the region by:
- Improving the communication between employers and educators
- Enhancing the relationship between employers and delivery agencies
- Mobilising employers to identify skill gaps for the future workforce

Knowledge House
Knowledge House provides businesses with co-ordinated and easy access to the skills, expertise and resources available within the Universities of the North East. Established in 1995, it is a collaborative venture between the Universities of Durham, Newcastle, Northumbria, Sunderland, Teesside and the Open University in the North.
